Some services involve active ingredients and/or sensitive areas of the body, so we like to make sure both the client and service provider are on the same page. For facials, it really comes down to making sure we're providing the appropriate service to meet your goals. For things like brows or skin lightening, its to ensure you're a candidate and to make sure we can safely perform the service.
YES! The fee taken at booking is to secure your appointment. This ensures both you and your service provider are on the same page. The only time the booking fee is forfeited and not returned is if you violate any of the policies agreed to at time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to no-showing your appointment, arriving late, last minute cancellation/rescheduling and repeated attendance issues.
Yes, but it is not encouraged. We understand there are special circumstances, so please be communicative with your service provider. Guests can comfortably sit in the lobby or hall outside the studio during the service. We ask that small children (under 10) not be brought due to the nature of the appointment and in respect for our neighbors.
Yes, most of the time we are able to service someone under 18 years old. They must be present with a parent/guardian and a consent form must be signed if services are rendered. Some services may not be conducted, such as: intimate skin lightening, Brazilian waxing, and deep peels. It is up to the service provider's discretion and comfortability to decide which service will be performed.
